The office lady who answered the phone, scheduled the appointment, called back to confirm and follow through was excellent. The office staff here is always exceptional, friendly and organized. The best in the business. Andy Gomez, the electrician, came out today to install a ceiling fan. He was on time, neat & clean, friendly & considerate. He was knowledgeable about the task and explained the pro and cons regarding the various installation possibilities I asked about. Upon completion He cleaned everything up, went over the controls and asked if I needed assistance with anything else. Thorough and friendly. This company has never let me down. Highly recommend.

Same day non-emergency Saturday service, wonderful. The woman in the office who took my call and scheduled the appointment was very helpful and pleasant. She also called back to confirm the same day appointment, very considerate and friendly. Kyle Peterson arrived on time, friendly neat and clean. After discussing the job, he installed a new faucet and all new pipes under bathroom the sink which had been removed during remodel. The pipes needed to be cut and fitted specifically to fit the unusual size vanity. He did a perfect and clean job. He also made adjustments as needed on other toilets. Before beginning the work, Kyle explained everything he would be doing, He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Once the job was done he tested everything throughly, cleaned the area and made sure all my questions were answered as well as reassuring us that any possible problems would be taken care of right away. Excellent service.m from the first call to the completed job.
